This site has no shopping cart and no checkout. Product pages link to WhatsApp, where you place an order by messaging us directly.

• A product listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell.
• Your WhatsApp message is an offer to buy.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing, including the final price, delivery cost and delivery timeframe.
• We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Any discount shown on a product page applies at the time of display. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation before you commit.

We try to keep availability accurate, but stock shown on the site is not a guarantee. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and arrange a refund or alternative.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can appear differently between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between individual pieces. Small variations of this kind are not faults, though they may still be covered by our returns policy.

No payment is taken through this website. We do not collect or store card details here. Payment is arranged directly with you as part of the order conversation, using the methods we confirm at that time.

Delivery timeframes and charges are confirmed before your order is accepted. Any timeframe we give is an estimate. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
